irisgurumi Hoshi´s Birthday Cake Feb 13, 2008 9:09 AM Hoshi´s Birthday Cake Ingredients: 1 cup flour 1 egg 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil 1/2 cup grated carrot 1/3 cup lowfat cream cheese 1 teaspoon backing powder For the frosting : - Plain yoghurt - Carob Chip Directions: - Precheat oven to 180 c - mix all the ingredients - Spoon into the paper cup (I put paper cups into muffin tins) each cup about three-quarters full. - Bake for 20 minutes - let rest in the muffin tins for a few minutes, then remove and set aside to cool. - Frost with plain yoghurt & carob chip *** Do not use chocolate chips.If you can not find carob chip make the muffin without them *** This recipe is by Irisgurumi
